The australians have been really unlucky this World Cup, they could have easily grabbed 2 draws out of their 2 games. Nonetheless, great team to watch and Matthew Leckie, wow what a player, definitely a player for the future!

Such a shame we were missing Milligan, Memphis came on and was allowed freedom. Milligan could have shut that down. Was a fantastic match, so proud of the boys and McGowan should keep his head up played very well for a stand in right back in his first big match.. WD lad, learn from Depay and build.

Both team played really well, i like the Netherlands team but for my opinion the auzzies deserved more than 2 lost, despite they don't have any world class players in their team like Netherlands and Chile do, they have shown great strength,combativity and team spirit in their match play and to be honest i think they would have been better with Mark Schwarzer as the team first choice goalkeeper, he is indeed a bit old but he is more experienced and definitely a better keeper than the actual one or else Chelsea wouldn't have choose him as their second keeper.LET ALL OF YOU JUDGE WHETHER AM RIGHT OR NOT.?????

Schwarzer chose to retire from Australian national football (we are told his condition on joining chelsea by mourinho) I agree a better keeper but i think Langerak should be our #1 - Dortmunds #2 keeper and he is solid.

respect for australia. ı am sure most of people think (like me) they gonna try defence football but they dont ! they are really awasome and brave. well done boys. maybe you lose the tournament but you win many supporters

Congrats to Australia. This is how football has to be played. With heart and passion.Not like the arrogant, unmotivated, overrated and overpaid (mostly Real) spanish players.Aussie team is an inspiring example for "smaller" teams that you should never give up. They really deserved a draw. It's a pity that they were in a strong group.and congrats to Netherlands, too.Forza Italia!
