This is legitimately retarded. I am convinced that this was no mistake. It just cannot happen that two perfectly valid goals are annulated one after another. It is clear there are instructions or consensus about the fact that brazil has to go through the group stage in first place. These goals could really have helped mexico in classifying. The better team on the field won, so I'm satisfied with that, but again the refs are screwing up the World Cup. I thought the first disallowed goal was indeed offsides -- by an inch. The second anulled goal was actually a good goal. Why is FIFA so inept or corrupt?
