It is so sad how you epl supporters last year where complaining about nani red card after pulling a drop kick on a player but when your big referee from England ruins a game now we attack the Italians team that played defensively clearly you guys where brain wash from the English commentator and most likely never ever played this sport in the epl that was a standard tackle that woukdnt even get a yellow for by the way napoli amazing team got robbed with 12 points didn't qualified ref obviously was playing in the favor of yet another epl team juventus game get suspended due to the weather but the rematch was played under worst weather but no one like to comment on that it very simple the Italian fans r not like by the ucl look at the group they put them in

i hope dortmund or bayern will play against milan. that will be easy. in past decades they were world class, but today italian football is average. only one team as second qualified. 4 german teams, 4 english and 3 spanish teams. i know that you guys (shpalman ;) ) think that italian teams are still good...and that makes me laugh hahahahhahhahahahaahhhah :D

Harsh Red Card for Montolivo, but in the end this it is very simple Ajax had to score to go through and they couldn't. Even against ten men. Milan did what any team in the world would have done being down a man knowing they go through with a draw. Bonera turned back the clock tonight what a performance and Abbiati had some brilliant saves. FORZA MILAN on to the last 16. :)

At first I thought the red card for Montolivo was a red card, but when I thought more I realized it\'s not. About 70 meters from goal, he didn\'t mean to do that, it was 20 mins and also, he was the captain, so they should be a bit respected and a yellow card and a big warning would be enough, also, the guy still continued playing!.. I\'m not saying this because I am a Milan fan, but Webb has always been strict.. You may think Ajax played good football and they did, but we weren\'t poor at all and if we were attacking with 10 men it would have been very bad.. And clearly, everyone was looking to disqualify Milan, with that 3 points Ajax got from Barcelona and now the referee in this game was just giving yellow cards to Milan whenever he could.. Say what you want, but we are the pride of Italy!

Feel bad for Ajax, it's obvious that they play way better football and Milan is this year very very poor. It would be better for Ajax if Montolivo stayed on the pitch because they would've got more space to play their own game, they we're playing against a parked bus, and the Italians know how to defend properly.

On the slow replay, evidently the 'stamp' looks bad. But the referee acted in a very foolish and trigger happy manner to send off a player so early in the game. The reality is that MORTOlivo despite being a mediocre misfit, is not a dirty player. The sending off was harsh and ruined what I believe would have been a good Milan performance. Overall, Milan deserved to go thru.

Montoliv0 sending off did ruined the game, but not for Milan, because Milan were down to ten man they were playing like p*ssy's.It was difficult for Ajax to break the wall of p*ssy's. If montolivo stayed on then Ajax could've played their game and would destroy Milan because Ajax is a way better team than Milan.

I hope Ajax keep their players for next year. The players are still young and need experience. So far in this champions league, it was the most entertaining team. Nice plays and fluid football.
