Man City is not a concern. They will not have the chance on the top 4. The top 4 still is the top 4 (MU, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool).

Tottenham is going to face Aston Villa and Liverpool is getting Everton next round - and Everton haven’t lost in their last 9 games. On the other hand, mancity is going to be against a weak opponent like Hull City. Providing Tottenham and Liverpool don't win, city gets a deserved 4th place (champions league) with two games less than Arsenal. So if Arsenal loses against Chelsea, which is very likely, city can reach 3rd place easily.
