come on man. This United Squad is very youth. A 1-1 draw against an African club's first team is quite impressive IMO. Plus, it's good experience for the youngsters to get a taste of what the real game. If Man United uses their real squad against these guys, then I can guarantee you these Ajax guys would have been raped.

I wrote an article on this very subcjet. You're probably best to think in terms of the right' price rather than the cheapest'. Decide on what you'd like to pay and aim for something as near to that as you can.However be realistic. Well, its a pre-season friendly. Obviously if you played the first team it would've been a better a score. Anyway, I feel Alex removing Berba as the main target man made us lose our title. He's slow but his presence is remarkable. He's also known for his lethal finishing. Now, is selling him the best option? Certainly not. The main problem doesnt lie in the midfield alone IMO. It has to actually do alot with Rooney's injury, Welback/Hernandez's conversion rate. Well, its a gamble Fergie took to bring in 2 freshie-type strikers in one season altogether.
