sorry but no...they dont deserve to be in the champions league. real sociedad deserves it much more. if you remember the valencia game against valladolid, they were tied 1-1. in stoppage time, the ball goes out of bounds and the ref signals a valladolid throw in. the valladolid players are taking too long to throw the ball in, so a valencia player goes up, grabs the ball, and throws it in to his teammate. the referee does nothing to stop it. valencia then score on the same play, and the ref allows the goal. so i guess you're right when you say valencia makes games interesting, but they do it by cheating.

lets not forget that Jonas got the red card absolutely for nothing. Ref killed the game. As for deserving to be in CL, I'm referring to the golden years of early 2000's. And they always hold their own in CL, despite the problems they've been facing in the last couple of years.
