If you think about it, the biggest leagues in Europe are 1 or 2 team leagues. Ligue 1=PSG, Premier League=Man Utd & Man City, La Liga R. Madrid & Barca, Bundesliga=Bayern and Serie A= Juventus. People who blame only La Liga for being boring should really think twice.

Only one team win it but if you look carefully, PSG struggle so much the first half of the season and still hasn't win Ligue 1 with only 3 rounds left. Juve did struggle a lot vs Napoli, Inter, and Milan. I wouldn't say Man U dominated EPL either. On the other hand, Real and Barca really dominated La Liga and Bayern really dominated Bundesliga lass season. That is because of TV share in Spain and the way Bayern is monopolizing Bundesliga.

And as for the comment itself you are completely off. You can't take only the current season into consideration. (even then you're a bit off) Look at the last 10-15 years and only la Liga is dominated by 2 teams with one measly exception..
