another immense achievement by Capello to take a mediocre footballing nation to the world cup. even more so that he managed to top a group containing serial qualifiers in portugal. It would be interesting to see how they get on in Brazil, but I'm sure capello will be hoping for a better showing than his england side in 2010. I'm also sure he will not allow over-confidence within the camp. russia were a joke going out of the euro after winning their first game. but then again they've hardly qualified for the world cup since the old ussr break up, and when they have, they've been outclassed. capello is a legend regardless
