Messi does not even know how to head the ball and you call him best player. I made brazil win worldcup 3 times and he didnt even score 1 goal in 2010 world cup. Thumbs up for all messi haters.

Everyone talks about Messi or Ronaldo.. they are 2 good players but they are not greatness like Zidane or Henry - let them battle it out on the pitch and you guys can continue to cry from the couch!

i support Madrid but this time i really see y Messi should win this next ballon d'Or... Ronaldo seems so helpless lately and he feels and knows he doesn't stand a chance as Messi is now balancing his club performance with that of his Country.

Congratulations to Argentina for the win but I think everyone that saw the game can agree that Chile played much better than them. They attacked so much more and controlled the ball for most of the game but unfortunetley didnt score until the last moment. Argentina just scored two superb good goals that were really just very individual plays. Never the less, im very pleased with Chile’s performance, keep it up! P.S: The chilean that scored the goal is called Felipe Gutierrez, not Leiva.

No doubt Messi is great but not this year ! Ronaldo deserves it . Just because he started to score against weak teams does not mean he deserves it all of a sudden. Snijder deserved it in 2010 and he did not win it but he took Holland to final of World Cup ! Ronaldo deserves it this year because he helped Madrid to win La liga and almost took Portugal to final against World And Euro champions . Just got little unlucky.

ummmmm.... that could be the case except he should be playing in england, not in italy. The premier league and La Liga are the two best leagues in the world, but the premier leagues teams are in my opinion better defenders than in spain. to prove that think of the players imported from spain in the premier league. Aguero would scored 25 to 30 every season in spain, and last year he got 21 i think it was with a much better team. David Silva has been brilliant but not as prolific as in Valencia.

Argentine need improve in theire defend they have a strong attacking player and good midfield they have terrible defend 4 3 3 work for them but they need to get new defending player or they will deffenly loose the World Cup in 2014
