While it is true that there is a little hate towards Inter, you also have to consider the fact that Inter doesn't have much Italian players to begin with. Beside Cassano who just arrived, who else do they have?????????? I mean, they're called Internazionale for a reason. So, please be cool.

You know, i respect Italy as a country and i respect every Italian citizen, but i hate the national team SO MUCH! Why? Well, i love Inter, i live for Inter, they give an extra flavor to my life, and this bastards from the national team do not gather any Inter player and call the national team ItalJuve (Juve standing for Juventus the team i hate most). So screw you Italy and i hope you fail!

I'll give you a concrete example. During Euro 2012 when Cassano played for Milan he was gathered in the national team and was called the best player of the national. THE MOMENT he joined Inter, they decided not to call him in the team anymore. In Italy there is a big general hate towards Inter. But we do not care, they hate the best, because we are better than others.

Man.. I am an inter fan as well. But try to give one more example and you can't because half of inter player are either from Argentina or other countries haha. And inter's roster this year isn't amazing... I'm missing the days where we bought great players ;'(

why do people on here talk utter tripe without actually knowing the facts? Argentina too many classy players? would you mind telling me the last time argentina won anything of note in comparison to italy? here is the real answer to the question - Osvaldo is of italian descent - this is the case for over 70 per cent of argentinian people. Osvaldo moved to italy at a very young age and participated in the italian youth setup. it was his choice to represent italy at under 21 level and has always declared himself 100 per cent italian. the same applied to schelotto who has also represented italy at youth level. Just because you are born in a certain country it doesn't always mean you are immediately from there. Osvaldo is 100 per cent italian and plays for the second successful national team in world cup history.

Hola Chamo!

I'm not over-reacting when I say that was arguably the worst performance by italy in a qualifier for as long as i can remember. tonight we were absolutely hapless in all areas. incredibly, we could have still won if osvaldo or destro had managed to put away their chances in the second half. But in truth, we didn't even deserve a point. osvaldo did ok on the first goal but the second goal took a huge deflection. if anything, it was an own goal. buffon was at fault for the first goal, defence was hapless, midfield was poor and lazy and giovinco was just terrible. italy always needs a shock to wake up. the season has just started so fitness was not maybe 100 per cent but really we didn't deserve anything. awful all round.
