Obviously Brasil is better. That said, the penalty on the USA was questionable, but I think it was the right call. Neymar clearly does a stop-and-go move on the PK, which is illegal. But, heck, why bother with the rules. The 3rd looked like clear offside on the pass to Neymar. The 4th on the pass to Pato also was very close to offside. Brasil has a lot of room for improvement still. The goals were not convincing.

it wasn't a stop-and-go, it was a change of pace. and both 3rd and 4th goal weren't offside. they were close, but if they weren't, there might not be goals. that's what makes the pass beautiful anyway.
