Wow, De Gea was amazing in this game. I still don't see why everyone keeps underrating him, of course he's going to have huge shoes to fill, preceding Van Der Sar. He's an amazing, young, and talented keeper.

I hate the fact that fans always talk about which league is better. Does it really matter? If you really love the sport, you would watch United vs. City, Milan vs. Inter and R. Madrid vs. Barca with the same level of enjoyment. So, let's just love the game for what it is and appreciate the fact that there is so much diversity to the way it is played. We all support certain teams, but by saying one league is better than the other, you really don't prove a point, because without the other leagues, the game would not be as interesting to watch.

Poor defending from Man U on the thrid bilbao goal, when de gea parries the ball, there should be a united defender to go and clear. There was a defender close but he cant be arsed to do anything!! It will be a difficult task in the second leg condidering bilbao have scored 3 away goals.

rafael did not see the scorer and it was just bad luck but it was jones who was the culpit for the second goal although it was offside and the central defenders jones and smalling(injured) who played most badly
