"ive had bottom right leg and back problems in result i can run very fast or shot long distance or sometimes even pass of pain"
I agree this maybe hard to understand, but the key word is "even". The injury has really limited him, and he can't play too many sports, however, sometimes he can run very fast, not for too long. He can still shoot and pass (rarely) without pain. Usually though he feels pain. 20ROBIN please correct me if i'm wrong
I broke my Middle finger from playing as a GK and kicked by the opponent player...It took me 4 weeks to recover...
after one match i played, i was feeling horrible pain in my right knee, the next day i woke up, i wasn't able to walk normally, so I went to sport doctor and he said to me i got: tumor in knee, which mean, no SPORTS, no FOOTBALL. that almost killed me. after that I was more than one year just sitting at home at depressions what I will do anymore with my life? I wasn't able even to watch to football, my only ideas were about suicide. but somehow i'm still alive...

quikzy, I know how you felt... Nice to see you are ok now .
I have recently recovered from my knee "injury", and wanted to here if you guys had any injuries, what you did to heal, and how they affected you. For me, I overworked my knees during the summer of 2009. I spent the last 4 years playing soccer restrictedly. I could be a better player now, and I know it. Thats why I want to work even harder. Anyway I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips and share your injury knowledge.
