@ramaboy It is not legal lol. That is the reason they are wearing masks and are whispering in the beginning of the video when they are climbing the fence. They were speaking Russian, however, throughout the video they didn't say a lot besides like "Good Job!" the funniest part was when he said "imagine if mom sees this video she would die", and the other guy said "i hope she doesn't". I can't really tell which is which they both where the same exact clothes and the camera switches back and forth between them. Sick video though. Only Russians. The top comment was: Its amazing how they don't fall. Their balls are so big and heavy.

that video is incredible! but the most astonishing part for me is that the construction workers have to go up there every day, and actually WORK in that height :O
