2. its not about where the foul ends but where it started so FK... and depending on how deliberate or how close was the shot on goal from going in if.
3. yellow for both... is it wrong that I think the kisser should have been given a red card? If I saw him before the other guy slammed him then I would have given a red card for sure.

2- penalty, red card for home defender.
3- drop ball, and a yellow card for the defender and striker

1. Red Card, free kick. Send him to a Handball Club (the actual sport)

2. Handball, its a penalty if it didn't go past the goal line, but if it did, it's a goal. (GLT)

3. Yellow for both, carry on immediately. Investigate after the match. Also, teach the guy how to kiss properly.
