Wow Valencia! I remember reading in the papers long ago that after joining United, Valencia worked very hard and gained 20 pounds of muscle weight! And it's amazing that he has got better after his horrible injury, players literally rebound off him! 
And I'll be very surprised if Gareth Bale is not in the top 5.

^ Talk about underrated Micheal Carrick comes to mind. He's a master in positioning and tactical defending and can pick a pass anywhere. Yea sometimes he gets overrun in midfield but he's human.
