Stankovic actually did it a second time against Schalke in the Champions League. Beckham also scored from half before, but that was before I was even born. ;D

ligue 1 is so open a good player can do anything whereas premier league is just different. no space or anything so players like depay can't do much. he could become a superstar at real madrid but dont tell them i said that!

@lio: fair enough, but then how about the other way round. Not all player from EPL would fit in League 1, La Liga or Serie A. Right? Then the remark is kinda not necessary.
