Wojciech Szczesny 20 000 fine

The Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is facing a reported £20,000 fine for smoking in the showers after the Gunners’ 2-0 defeat to Southampton on New Year’s Day.

The 24-year-old Poland goalkeeper is alleged to have left his manager Arsène Wenger furious when he lit up following the defeat at St Mary’s in which Szczesny endured a torrid match, at fault for both of Southampton’s goals.

What is wrong with our players? Did he got the cigarette from Wilshere or what? Should bench him and let Ospina play now.

^Nah, Wilshere's a good talented lad who just needs to work harder and be more mature if he is to fulfil his gargantuan potential.

As with Szczesny, never liked him. Ospina is a great talent and should be starting regardless of Szczesny's smoking habits.

if it were for me he'd not walk into the Olimpico anymore. i like the guy (average GK tho'), but you can clearly see that his attitude when playing for Roma has been the one of a tourist on holidays. a bit like Cole, he enjoyed his time in Rome more as a tourist than as a football player. edit: whatever club you go play for, you need to show respect for the jersey and give your 100%, always.
