Well Messi...what can anyone say about him? Three times and he's level with greats like Platini and Cryuff. Guardiola deserves the award. He's so successful it's like he's playing real life FM2011! I may seem a bit biased here but I would like to see RVP in that world XI list. Congrats to Fergie as well.

This has nothing to do with our rivalry but Rooney out RVP in! It's just my opinion.

I think I rather have fabregas over xabi Alonso. Idk I never liked Alonso's style of play but he's still deserved it

i think it is unfair neglecting all bayern munich stars totally , first neuer made a huge season , pique should be replaced by puyol , xabi alonse by scweinsteiger , sergio ramos by lahm , thats my opinion only

@raimondo90

the FIFA presidential award is something that only the greatest of the greats can receive. This award is given by the the FIFA president himself, Blatter, so it's obviously an award that is more prestigious than all the other awards.

The world's greatest footballer who ever lived, Pele, received this award, and now Alex Ferguson will join the hall of fame.

What are your thoughts on Neymar winning the Puskas Award? Think he deserved it? My opinion is that Rooney's goal was better.

@raimondo90 The FIFA Presidential Award is for outstanding contributions to football and Sir Alex is the first manager to be given the award.
