Well, Wenger admitted that despite his better judgment, he over-played him b/c we were pushing for 4 titles (I know, remember??) and were light after Cesc got injured. The problem is our bones don't finish maturing/fusing until our early 20's. The fact that he is was young (~18) at the time and that he played all those games as box to box midfielder put too much strain on his maturing bones. This eventually leads to microfractures and other atypical injuries which take longer heal.
Jack Wilshere is out till October and the last game he played was last pre-season. Was it Arsene Wenger's fault that he's injured? Did we overuse him or did his international activities contribute? I need some opinions.
