Wilshere gives City fans the finger

Luis Suarez got banned for 1 match and charged 20,000 Pounds for a similar incident against Fulham fans, so I fully expect the FA to give Wilshere a similar fine and ban as well.

Suarez is a foreign while Wilshere isn't. No ban expected, its FA.

Has a good season so far and definitely has talent.
Lacking maturity though.

@manchesterutI

That's precisely what I was getting at. If the FA doesn't ban Wilshere for IDENTICAL conduct as Suarez, then they will almost certainly be perceived as either racist or favoring British-born players.

^ which is an entirely accurate perception.

I think Suarez is a w-nker, but there's no denying that the FA are full of crap when it comes to being 'fair'.

@Nauris

Well I've seen Messi have to deal with abuse from away fans telling him his son is the son of Ronaldo, which I think is a very insulting thing to say. But we didn't see Messi give fans the finger. It's just the maturity which Wilshere lacks right now, that Messi already has. It won't be a concern later, as he'll surely mature as he gets older, but he should be punished for improper conduct on a football pitch.

After all, we learn by making mistakes, right? He won't learn from this mistake if he doesn't understand its consequences.

Really not kind. FA should ban him.

It's offensive and all, but I'm more surprised by the size of his index finger!

@Dynastian98 Well Messi smacked the ball into a Real Madrid fans face couple of years back, so Jack isnt alone with not being mature.

At least Messi could argue that he kicked the ball to waste time and accidentally hit the crowd. What his Jack's excuse? He got mauled by City so he has the right to do so? Ohh and he's a brit in EPL so he's privileged.
@Dynasty, havent you realized that FA is racist already? Suarez got banned for calling Evra a "negro" which is a normal term in his language, while Terry gets nothing for the same thing.

What a shame. He should be punished so he stop acting like a baby next time.

despite being petulant he did wut rooney doing for so many years. infact i think they are related. it also shows tat fighting spirit instilled into english players tats quite rare nowadays. he is young he juz need to channel his frustration in other ways (scoring more goals maybe)
