Who will win Euro 2016
_Pelle_ 10 years ago
Paris Saint-Germain 159 6954

I haven't seen this been posted before (might have missed it). But I was wondering... which team do you think will win Euro 2016?

I think actually France has a decent chance to win, plus playing at home is going to be a boost. If not I think it probably is going to be one of the "giants". I also think we are going to see some great upsets.

A coin on Poland, football romantic :) too many solid teams, Germany, Belgium, France the contenders, Spain,Italy, England the outsiders, Sweaden, Portugal, Wales one man armies...
Can't see a winner but Allez les Bleus ! :)

France would be my predication, although I'm less sure about it then before since they lack a real striker now (apologies to Giroud and Gignac, but you two aren't on Benzema's level).

Germany and Spain are favourites, obviously, and England should have a good run if they forget they're England for like a month. I also think Turkey are going to surprise a lot of people, and Belgium won't be as good as advertised.

France are pretty strong contenders along with Germany. I"m not so sure about Spain. I think they'll suffer anther horrible tournament like the world cup.

I think the real surprise package are going to be Iceland. I don't know why but I've got a gut feeling that they'll spring a few upsets.

England has got a decent chance of making it to the semis with impressive young strikers along with more experienced players.

Yeah Iceland might be the "big" upset. Because no one believes in them.

I would bet my money on France but since they don't want Benzema with them naaah I won't. I feel the will pay that mistake

So it will be an unpredictable winner and I actually hope for it!

I still find it astounding that they'd leave Benzema off for such a petty reason. My money is on Germany.

We should make a prediction thread like we did with the WC.

I think it would be between Germany, France, England and Spain

I kinda hope Germany doesn't win it to be sincere, they are very good but I would for someone than them or Spain to win an international competition. Team that I would want to see win is England (for the perfect ending to Vardy dream season) or France (been a while since they won an international competition and its hard not to cheer for a team that talk the same first language as you). I hope Belgium does well but I'm scared they might have a hard time going too far. :( And I really don't know what to expect from Italia even though it would be nice if they could go far in the competition. But, in my opinion, the three most likely to go far in the competition is France, Germany and Spain. Will be interesting to see for sure. :)
