In my opinion this third best player varis very often, maybe even from week to week. But Im sure Bayern has to have that player. It's probably Muller or Lewandowski for me.

@quickzyy I agree, but mahrez was phenomenal, when I saw leichester vs arsenal and was spellbound from him. but he is still way far from lewa, I didnt think this through haha. Plus i completely forgot about douglas, he was insane this season! i would probably switch mahrez with alexis and alexis with costa

However, If we were to judge by goals than I dont see why are you making such a big fuss about Ronaldo. What Lewa is doing now is what Messi and Ronaldo are doing for the past 6 years. Its nothing new. I don't mind rating lewadownski at the top for he actually deserves it, the only reason is this.

How on earth do you rate the players?

Lewa is scoring goals. Simple as that, when Ronaldo was only scoring last season without much contribution to the team all of you were dissapointed and said that he didn't deserve to be in the top 3 for Balon D'or.

If you are judging by complete performance, than I wont be surprised if Lewa was 4th or 5th. Players like Nolito, Douglas, Mahrez, Coman, Thiago Alacantra, Modric and Messi all have been performing better. I am not taking anything away from Lewa but only have high praises for him, but I cant stand the hypocrisy. We should judge solely in one way.

That's because people love to hate Ronaldo for no reason whatsoever... don't you see how many United fans there are who say that Ronaldo doesn't contribute anything to Madrid's success? Then they go and claim that Ronaldo was the main reason behind United's success. Hypocrisy at its finest, we have seen that in this forum many times...
