Wich position your team needs most ? i would rather buy French, Spanish or Italian for the price tag.
Hamouma ( Saint Etienne ), Gonalons-La Cazette ( Lyon ), all of them are young and cheap, Paco Alcacer is the best quality/price of the moment, he was valued at 18M Euros in the transfer window.

Yep Dynast, he got a call from Spain and is doing amazing in this start of the season for both Spain and Valencia.
This price tag was for the summer, now that he got visibility and Shown some good stats, his price will logically increase.

Alexandre Lacazette is a good striker, a youngster formed in Lyon like Karim and is having an incredible progression :
7 goals in 8 games in la ligue 1 this year, thats better than Zlatan at the moment.
