I'm probably biased but Invincibles are stuck in my memory as one of greatest club sides I've watched. Can't say I've watched old United, but they were fantastic in 2007/08 and it was Fergie's peak so they are close second for me.

In 2012, there was Premier League 20 Seasons Awards:
Arsenal's "invincibles", who finished the entire season unbeaten during the 2003–04 season on their way to winning the league title, were voted as Best Team.
Four other title winning seasons involving four teams were short-listed for the panel of judges vote for Best Team
Blackburn Rovers, 1994–95
Manchester United, 1998–99
Chelsea, 2004–05
Manchester United, 2007–08
@quikzyyy Nice to know there was such award. the blackburn rovers team, I only knew alan shearer. if man city keeps strengthening their squad looks like they can be part of the nominees if there are such award again the future.
I will refrain from voting since the only team I seen play live is Pep City. Would feel bad influencing the vote over my inexperience. :D Still think Arsenal team that did the invicible season was one of the most impressive from what I heard.
Voted for 2007-2008 because United had a scary squad and won CL if I remember well fair and square.
Contes first season Chelsea should be up there.
I think I made a mistake of putting pep's city up there because it's still their first trophy. sorry @eden, if conte's chelsea had defended the title this season, then I would probably mention it ;p
Comment if there are teams not included above
