They have those tournaments set up for players who aren't ready physically/mentally for the adult squad, but show promise as a young player.
Don't wanna be rude or something, but currently there is U20 World Cup. Why there is u20 teams and u21 teams? Difference of 1 year deson't change much.
Anyone can explain me?
