What should Real Madrid do?

Real Madrid is struggling to win titles, first the copa de rey incident, then them drawing with Malaga. Them winning the title is over and all they have is the champions league and well, it's not impossible but it's going to be real hard. I know Real Madrid will be going for De Gea but that's not going to solve all their problems. What should they do, who to sign, and who to sell. I'm a Real Madrid fan and I hope they come back and win titles.

Madrid just need a solid system. Let Zidane handle it and they'll be fine, he's only been there a few months.

I hate to say it because I like Barca for La Liga, but once Zidane has his full seat, they will be very dangerous for lots of titles.

I also think they need to sell Ronaldo while they can get good money for him. Aubameyang is itching to play at Real. Pick up a young talent like him and settle on an attacking midfielder. Stop with the James games and either let him go or play him so he can get a rhythm. Isco is very good as well but sharing time makes it hard to really take off with your teammates.

Also we need to sell Ronaldo and build the team around Bale, Benzema, and James. Ronaldo is incapable of being influential on the team's play anymore. We don't need two poachers. That literally puts us in a situation of 8v10 since Ronaldo and Benzema are always level with the last defender. Benzema is the only one we need like that. Since Ronaldo can't play as a winger anymore, we should sell him to the highest bidder and build the team around the BBJ combination.

Well.. its already been said but to summarize.

RM need to sell Ronaldo or change it's current modus operandi which is very unlikely to happen. The entire team plays for Ronaldo, which for a couple of seasons sort of worked, but with Ronaldo's current form it is just not enough.. You can tell because Madrid's problem is not exactly conceding lots of goals but not scoring enough instead. I would love to see how they do in a game without him. Either they won't know what to do or they'll perform better.
Buying more players wont make any difference as RM currently have one of the best squads in the world and it is more than enough to win everything they play for.

As for this season, there is nothing to do but to finish it as quickly as possible, I believe it's already lost. They should start thinking about the next one already and plan what to do to minimize the damage.

Florentino is not a realistic solution.. Even if he ends up leaving it would take someone as powerful to sustain RM to take over and it might be even worse.

After hypothetically getting rid of Florentino (HA! Good luck with that! Remember he changed the rules for one to become president of the club to make sure he's the ONLY one who meets the criteria) and hypothetically selling Ronaldo for a high price (We know he ain't leaving for another 3 years minimum) Bale would finally be able to play on the left and play at his best.... or not. Real would probably buy someone to fill Ronaldo's gap on the left instead.

Drop their ego's[everyone], let Zizou work in peace and last but not least Perez should fek off from football decisions unless he is required

You don't need to sell Ronaldo . You need to reform him . It takes a strong manager and decision must be backed by the club board , because Ronaldo will be reluctant . Sir Alex or Mourinho would have quickly find a new role for Ronaldo . He is still one of the best in the world . If you don't want him at Madrid , we will take him for 60 million . I am ok with that price .

@Marcus

Reforming a 31 year old who has found a considerable portion of his success through his physicality is more than just a little risky. Madrid are in no position to do that right now. It's better for us, as a club, to sell Ronaldo than to sell one of our younger players and keep Ronaldo as the main focus. We need to move on from having Ronaldo as our main man. It worked tremendously well from 2009-2014 for six magnificent years of our history, but we won't be able to sustain this anymore.

P.S. Perez is too greedy to sell for just 60 million. He will sell for more than what we bought Ronaldo for because that's how high the demand for him still is.

Is there actually any realistic chance that Ronaldo will leave Real? I don't see anyone offering that much money for a 31 y/o apart from PSG and I highly doubt that Ronaldo himself would want to go to China, to the USA or to Qatar yet.

@Juan

PSG seems the likely destination, followed by United. He stated before that he wouldn't join any EPL team other than United, but we all know how much a footballer's words are worth. City may be willing to offer that much but I have never heard of any connection between City and CR7. I'm fairly certain that if he leaves he will leave to either PSG or United.

Probably PSG if Real Madrid sell. The only way I can see Ronaldo coming back to United is on a free in 2018 when he's 33 years old.
