Few points:
Medias hates Mourinho, therefore hates Chelsea. They hates Jose cause he always acts like he is special, different than other managers, and not everyone like his tactics. Nobody likes cocky people. Chelsea fans like him cause he makes us win games, but we don't like it when he happens to be too cocky.
I feel like there is a campaign against Chelsea, but only in the medias. The number of anti José and anti Chelsea articles out there is appalling. Medial lacks objectivity. And since I like reading football articles, it is quite pissing me off. On the other hand, the FA and referees have nothing to do with this. Few decisions went against us this season, some went our way, it's just a lack of consistency. We saw this against many other teams for the past few years.
The number of troll chelsea fans on this website is enormous. I get why people tend to hate Chelsea. I think it's sad. It's like the racist thing going on right now, these kids and idiots are deploring the image of the club.

Quick analyze of last year CL compain, the only time i witnessed what Chelsea is capable of is the second leg against PSG when they were obliged to make a come back, the 2-0 game was exciting, i guess if they drew 1-1 they would have set back in second leg...
Against Atletico, the first leg was the most boring game i' ve seen in CL semi-final ever, and they payed cash their small 1-0 lead in second leg...
Those scenarios are more likely to happen again, wasnt annoyed by Moyes tactic with United, they were right to use it considering their form and limitted squad and had nothing to loose.
This year against Europe top 3 or 4, the same scenario is more likely to happen specially when the defense is not at their best and the use of Strike power is entitled to its minimum, unless they score in set pieces or in the situation that their defenders are still in high position after a free-kick or a corner...
Many times Chelsea conceded late equalizers this season against United or City when the game seemed on their hands, and i expect the punishement will be even bigger this year, their loss.
But then, it wont be Chelsea fault or tactics, the blame would be on refree, on a player mistake because he didnt defended well or because of another game changer, while clearly the potential of the team isnt used at 100%.

It's quite annoying to always be the main target for hate, especially atm because of the metro incident in Paris, but honestly.. I can see why we're receiving so much hate, because of our tactics, our manager and some of our fans (especially because of them as some of you have already pointed out). We're obviously in a great position in the Premier League and in the C1C and the situation in the CL isn't too shabby either, so that's probably the reason why most of our fans are being cocky.
But this is not exclusively a Chelsea problem as some of you make it out to be.. remember when Arsenal won the FA Cup last summer? Their fans thought that they were world beaters and acted ridiculously arrogant, too. Or for those of you who are around here since the start of the Footyroom Forum.. remember how United fans behaved when Manchester was actually untouchable in England back then? They were the biggest disease here, absolutely everybody hated them because of their attitude. It's always like this.. if a team performs well, their fans start to get cocky and attract hate. It has always been like this and will never change. If you want to avoid cocky fans, then don't go to the comment section, just read the 2 top comments and then just leave the site, because in the comments you'll only find absolute bellends, who will most likely have their fun provocing you.
Anyways, I find it quite ironic that in @quikzyyy and @tiki_taka two members, who are probably among the top 5 most arrogant members of FR, have stated that Chelsea fans are cocky. Don't throw stones if you live in a glass house. I'm not trying to justify the behaviour of some of our fans, because it disgusts me too, but some statements here really bothered me.

Arrogant ? Maybe, i assume the rank of the team i support, i would never say they would struggle in a situation they have 90% chances of winning.
René Descartes was considered as arrogant, French are seen at times as arrogant, actually many things i've said in the past seen by PL fansas arrogance have been confirmed lately, its more self confidence than arrogance but i understand if you see it that way.
Quikzy ? Not arrogant. But if it makes you avoid argumenting with him, why not saying so, its an easy response to avoid points he pointed.
I understand that Marcus hates United and Barça, they have both a better philosophy and great sense of honour at the defeat, never saw United and their fans whining the way Chelsea fans do it for years, and United had many times the chance to express their frustration toward bad calls or other details, but they took defeat with honour, fair play and class.
Something most of Chelsea fans ignore...
Barça and United have more in commun than Chelsea, who looks like PSG for me, its direction, their fans, their after-defeat behaviour, they blame anything but the real responsible.
The team that lives in a glass house is probably Chelsea, they didnt rised sportively like most of Historical clubs but due to oil money, so better respect others if you want to receive the same respect.

If they saw yet another headline saying that Mourinho style of play is defensive and that it's a disgrace to football they wouldn't even mind. Also I assume you dont go out on the internet eveyday seeking for articles about Chelsea. We do. And pretty much only find articles against us.
Also I'm not into saying that you are arrogant. But I would like to say that you pretty much said that you are attacking back Chelsea fans because you read stupid people saying "ar6nil" or whatever kind of stupid banter they say on the comment section of the match highlights. uhmn, it's funny to read you guys commenting. Everyone is entitled to his opinion, hate can have no reason, but most of the time based on something.
Sometimes it's not hate, it's just dislike or not-appreciated or feel-like-some-jokes. At my work (in the Netherlands), whenever we talk about Chelsea, it's like some kind of joke. When we play Fifa, if someone defend and only luckily win by counter, then we always say: you mofo play like Chelsea, quit parkin the freakin bus.
Now, it's just an expression, and it doesn't have to be right. But there are reason for that. if Stoke or Vila parks the bus, nobody cares, but it's Chelsea, one of the world's empowered forces and play like that (in big games)... it's quite embarrasing tobe honest. We can all talk about RESULT are important, blah blah, you have the result, take the joke too, and shouldn't act like Chelsea are best...
MU plays some shit lucky time too, I take the lucky and Fergie joke like it's part of the game.
I admit now, Chelsea is a team to beat in EPL. Definitely better than everyone else. But I hate how they play against big teams.

Yes you're right, I'm stupid a lot of times to reply to these troll comments. On one side I want to know what other people are thinking about the game/team which played, but on the other side I'm pissed off by the nonsense few guys are typing all the time(I get pissed off really easily). Maybe I will try not to reply to them now, gotta see your point +1 mate.

They spend a lot of money. (I know technically they don't because of net. spending but they still do spend a lot.)
