1- Douglas Costa
2- Arturo Vidal
3- Angel Di Maria
4- Arda Turan
5- Bastian Schweinstiger
6- Jackson Martinez
7- Kevin De Bruyne
8- Jackson Martinez
9- Ottamendi
10- Abdennour

Without taking into consideration the price tag, if we do quality/price KDB, Ottamendi, Di Maria would be out and i would include Alex Vidal ( 17M ), Knoplyanka ( free ), Pedro (28M), Carlos Bacca (30M), Clyne ( 12M), Claudio Beauvue (5M Lyon), Casemeiro ( 8M) and honourable mentions to Danilo, Depay, Vietto, Carasco, Carillo ( Monaco ), Raul garcia ( free to Bilbao ), Draxler ( Wolfsburg ), Darmian.

  1. Douglas Costa
  2. Raheem Sterling
  3. Andre Ayew
  4. Heung-Ming Son
  5. Angel Di Maria
  6. Jackson Martinez
  7. Petr Cech
  8. Pedro
  9. Arturo Vidal
  10. Matteo Darmian

Andre Ayew is the best bargain, while Son and Cech are other solid buys. Everyone else is over-priced. I didn't include United signings aside from Darmian because United's problem is chemistry and I doubt new players will astound. I honestly don't see how De Bruyne will fit into City on a regular basis, so I didn't include him either.

Wait best Signing like what? Performance? Price? Needed player?
Because I dont know how, De bruyne, Martial, Bacca, Danilo and Sterling are highly overpriced but Bacca and Sterling are showing their worth so far.

Douglas costa is without a doubt the best signing of the year. He has already been one of bayren's best player in all his matches with them, Dzeko has been pretty good as well along with Depay.

Dybala and Pedro are definietly on my List but I'm still deciding where, but Here is what i feel:

1-Douglas Costa
2-Douglas Costa
3-Douglas Costa
4-Douglas Costa
5-Douglas Costa
6-Sterling
7-Bacca
8-Pedro
9-Dzeko
10-me

Most of us were very mistaken on who we thought was a good signing. A lot of us said Pedro and Dzeko who both were not that impressive.

@Louis Well, Pedro isn't terrible at all right now and I would even say he is good but it took him way too long to get used to the play style in england and was useless for most of the first half of the season. Dzeko hasn't been really as good as expected either but its not a total waste, I mean he did score a few goal for Roma even though I would be tempted to say Pedro was still a better deal in the end. Also, Depay and Jackson Martinez were overated a bit in particular. Heck, Martinez didn't even ended the season with Atletico.
