Vietnam reached the AFC final by defeating Qatar, the whole ASEAN is behind them now. IT'S INSANELY UNBELIEVABLE.

Guys,

This is a fairy tale, a bed-time kind of story and is happening right now. It's SCARILY UNBELIEVABLE.

The whole nation went crazy in the last couple of weeks, football representatives, commentators, tough guys are crying on TV the moment the defeated Qatar. The streets full of millions MILLIONS of people, young old, flags etc... Companies, Universities allow their people to be free and watch the match... Sensational

Fans across Vietnam storming the streets

Before the competition, Vietnam didn't have the slightest chance of reaching quarter final, this is one of the few times they ever made it to even get a win in the Continent level. Before that they always have 4 - 0 lost

To give you a scale, it's almost like Cambride United (English league 2 - level 4), going to final of Europa League. It's that's impossible.

Who did they defeated along the way? Australia, Iraq, and Qatar (all are TOP NATION in Asian Level), and how did they win it? IN STYLE, coming from behind, get a draw of 3 3, 2 2 at extra time. It's insane.

Qatar, most of their players came through Qatar Aspire Academy, the multimilions academy that owns a Spanish and Belgium clubs... And they lost, fair and square

This is also the first time any South East Asian country reach to the semi-final, yet Final. South East Asian football, as we call it, is so weak that they become IRRELEVANT on the map of football, with so many issues.

This coming Saturday, they will play the final. If you watch the news in Asia, you would see the whole continent is behind them...

I find it funny how the other teams adjust their expectation towards Vietnam. After the first game, the reds just getting better exponentially every game after. It's like the next opponents always thought Ok we gotta be careful with these guys they coasted past Australia, Syria, etc., but then Vietnam still surprised them anyway.

A major factor to this is the coach's high tactical adaptability. Every change the guy made on the pitch just... works.

This is why Football is the best sport on the planet. It transcends boundaries and brings unlikely people together, even if just for a short time. It has stopped wars, again for a short time.

Congrats to Vietnam and I hope they win it all!
