As Celtic was up 2-0 over Linfield, a club from Nothern Ireland, Leigh Griffiths of Celtic was attempting to take a corner when Linfield fans began throwing glass bottles at Griffiths.

Griffiths tried to show the referee on what was happening TWICE, but the referee was not amused and instead, showed Griffiths a yellow card for time wasting:

Ref need to calm down and help in this kind of situation, Griffiths was right not to let the bottle on the field, its dangerous. Ref should have asked the other team to calm their fan down. Its already happened plenty of time before. Also, Griffiths was lucky no to get hit by any bottle. The important thing is that at least, no one was injured but hopefully, next time something like this happen, the ref will react better to the situation.
