Anyway, I think he is worth 60 mil MAX. If Perez pays 105 mil for him, then Messi is worth 250 and Ronaldo 180.

There is a difference between value and worth.

He's not even worth 20m to Real. Why, because they don't need him. They have one of the best players on the world playing on the left flank and cutting to the center and they have Di Maria on the right who is also more than capable. They'll have to make unnecessary changes to fit him

To spurs, he's worth more than 100m because he's their ticket to the CL, their entire fluid passing style in the last part of the 2012-13 season was built around him. Despite the money being thrown around, they'd probably be better off with him in the team.

If I were to attempt to buy Mr. Bale, my highest bid would be 55M Euros.

Considering what Cr7 gave to RM sportively and financially. Bale could make RM win more money,more visibility and more trophies. 100M is fair considering that they will earn more than this amount of money in less than 5 years. Neymar costed 57m i can' t see Bale cost less than 70m, he's not a simple player, he's a star and combining his name with prestigious RM will make them win millions.

True, but CR is much better than Bale. For Bale to earn us the millions CR has, he has to be the focus of the attack and score non-stop. Something he CAN'T do unless CR is taken out of the team (which won't happen). So if Bale DOES come to Madrid, all that's going to happen is that he's going to be used as a RW like di Maria has. No 30+ goal seasons for him.

rama i dont know what you mean ? yes his young his 23 but suarez has more goals and assists in the same amount of games and his going for 40mil anyway thats my opinon 40mil is max but if i was spurs i would take the offer of 105mil coz imagine what type of players you could get with that !

1) He is 24
2) Suarez plays upfront, whereas Bale is a winger. Rarely plays up front.
3) Suarez is worth MORE THAN 40 mil... Liverpool want more as well.
4) 25 million is too cheap for a player of Bale's class. United paid 31 million for Berbatov, and £24 million for RVP who was 29 at the time.

5) Bale only played about 50-60% of the season as a striker, ans still got almost as many goals as Suarez, who has played there all his life.

If you think Bale is only worth 25m then you've been living under a rock for the past year. ;)
