Dortmund are about to sign Valencia's French CB, Adil Rami, for approximately 12m euros (10.25m pounds). The 27 year old is highly rated by many, but some respected journos (Sid Lowe & Phillipe Auclair) think it's too much.

I think we rejected a bid on Rami before on 10 million, he might go for 12 mil which is his clasul...

Also I think we did wrong rejecting a 12 M E bid on Feghouli from Liverpool, He doesnt fit our style of play, has been the worst player in Valencia this year and i would be glad if we sell him, 12 Mil for him is great..

Not a bad player but i dont see him on the wing where he plays now in Valenca. He could move to an offensive midfield role but i think he would be 3rd choice there, in conclusion.. Sell

Just saying, Rami is a good defender with a great physical threat. I find his weakness to be that sometimes he goes all-in to a tackle, and ends up getting himself in trouble. Keeping his head calm is another weakness of his, but all in all, good buy for Dortmund. I guess this means Hummels is leaving, huh?

@Dynastian, Hummels said he's staying (for this year at least) but I wouldn't be surprised if someone left this or next year as they also signed Sokratis already for £8.5m.

Good price, i don't think he's overrated.

All I care is that we get to keep Joao Pereira, Matheiu, Gurdado, Guaita, Canales (Buyout clause on 60 Million Euro), Banega and Soldado while we sell Feghouli, Piatti and Gago.

Knibis, i think Matheiu is on his way out. Barca have been interested. I'd fancy keeping Gago when he fully recovers his form. Especially since Albelda retired.

ha ha no, just signed a new contract this week, buyout clause on 20 mil, i though to he would join barca, nice that he stays though, better than Rami imo

Just as a point of interest, Madrid can buy Canales back for as little as 12m. It was part of the reason they only sold him for 7.5m.

Personally i would want to see Samuel Rondon, younger than these guys above and hugely underrated mostly because he plays in Russia... could get him for !5 Million

It has to be said that the Zaragosa and Portuguese national team striker Helder Postiga is 99% a Valencia player for around 3 Million... He will come as a replacement to Nelson Valdez who we sold to Qatar this summer for 3 Million Euros

..so RAMI has asked to leave and the club could even send him away mid season as he has been talking **** against our fans and manager Djukic. He has shown hate against Djukic who is a legend among VCF fans so we will have to say goodbye to him soon. The situation was even really bad last season and now his Diva levels has been shown again.

"one more game then he is fired" was a statement from RAMI on twitter..

he even said he protested against Djukic by getting a red card against swansea (his own words)

In: Keita (need no introduction), Araujo (20 year old big talent from Cruzeiro, 50% of the rights with the possibility of buying the next 50% in the summer, for 3,5 M), Vargas (will be our Alexis Sanchez, he is already better than sanchez in chile, we will probably buy him for 15 M in the summer), Sanderos (not positive with this one but i hope im proven wrong)

Out: Banega (sad about this, worldclass player when he wants but his mind is not there all the time, after 1/2 season of beeing bad we loaned him to Argentinas Newells old boys!? more patient was needed!), Canales (sold to La Real, 4M plus we get 30% if he his sold from La Real, same as with banega, why?), Guardado (was ok, a loan might do well), Postiga (loaned to Lazio who can buy him in the summer, byeeeeeee Postiga!), Pabon (loaned to Sao Paulo, we could have more patient with him too)

It has been talks about Otamendi (world class CB!) not beeing able to join us since we already have 3 non EU-players in our squad, porto and him accepted our offer, it was so close, now we just got Senderos... :(

Yeah:), it appears the Otamendi deal is done, we have made a deal and we will pay up in the summer (15M) and we then get him permanently in the summer, right now he will probably be loaned of to another team for half a season...

Correct, Otamendi confirmed. I always thought we'd ship him off to one of the biggies in England, but a fine deal for both Porto and Valencia. Although he never was my most beloved at Porto, I'm glad he's going to a good club and that we're getting some prudent cash for him despite his somewhat stagnation this season.
