We asked for Mathieu last year, he costed 10M that time, when Valencia knew we would ask for him again, they doubled his buyout clause, thats why Barça made time in negotiation because they wouldnt pay that much when his actual value is 9M max.

Hope you will sign a quality young player with this amount, and congrats for Ottamendi and Rodrigo, the second one is a future star, i saw him at Benfica and he was prefered to Lima most of the times...
