should introduce salary cap in uefa and fifa as well, but it's not going to happen, clubs will never agree on that.

Shrug, UEFA never follows through on anything. The comments about video replay are of more interest to me.

Even if it got implemented, people would find a way around the caps even if it means going through illegal methods. The idea to cap salaries is a good one but unrealistic.
