Manchester City Fined £50million and PSG fined £60million after breaking UEFA's FFP rules. UEFA have stopped short of barring City from taking part in the Champions League with the organisation's president Michel Platini vowing not to impose the harshest sanction. City have also been hit with a hefty fine after failing to comply with UEFA's rules.The main punishment sees City's squad restricted to 21 for Europe's elite competition and the Citizens would have to ensure they have eight locally-trained players in that A squad.City according to reports are contesting the nature of their punishment and they have until the end of the week to reach an agreement with UEFA. City and PSG are two of nine clubs being investigated by UEFA's club financial control board (CFCB) for FFP (Financial Fair Play) breaches.

PSG punished by UEFA in the frame of FFP : sponsorship deal reduced from 200m € to 100m ; 21 players instead of 25 in the CL ; 60M € transfer limit ; blocked payroll ; 60m € fine ; 30m€ deficit limit instead of 45m. link to the l'Equipe article : http://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Paris-sait-a-quoi-s-en-tenir/462690

@arsenalgunner

Please go check our operating income . Money does not fly out of Abramovich pocket anymore , at least not as much as it used to be . So , Chelsea is earning money and more than Arsenal for the past couple of years , because of our European successes .

However, I do not wish to touch this topic, because it is same argument we touched several months back .

Well UEFA want their part from Arab money, fuc*ing corrupted world because fining billionnaires never solve fair-play problems, just give those old godfathers some money and you can do what ever you want.
PSG rule of signing only one star at 60M is a little odd, they have only 60M for signing and they cant even get many players, just one. 0o ??
But as i heard, they are thinking of exchanging Cavani, Lavezzi, Verrati, Menez and Pastore...
Verrati for Pogba, Cavani-Lavezzi for maybe Hazard, anyway nothing is sure this is just my speculations...

Those 2 money clubs wanted to take Messi from us, City biding 200M was a joke, as a result, Messi wants 20M a year contract + 100 per cent image right...No money can replace Messi in Barcelona, hope we will get Aguero from City so they could do some buisness.

Neymar transfer was schedjuled in 2014 summer transfer market, but the pression of Real Madrid obliged Barça to sign him at any price and make him come earlier than expected, that costed us everything, Thanks to Florentino Perez for making our finance in trouble....
