Barca vs Madrid SF = Conspiracy Theory #1 (UEFA want to ensure that a "Clasico" is played over 2 legs for more money and in case on of them wouldn't go to the final)
Spanish vs German SF = Conspiracy Theory #2 (UEFA want a clasico Final so they will ensure that the 2 spanish giants don't meet in the SF)

Can't win either way. The finals and Semi-finals this year will be blockbuster hits. There is no more incentive for UEFA to really dirty their hands here.

since then bayern munich has undergone numerous improvements, new coaching staff.. won 2 league titles.. 2 supercups and a cup and have been to 2 UCL finals. This might be one of barca's hardest matches since the guardiola takeover.

Bayern have just grown into a monster, and it's going to take a superhuman effort (like Chelsea's) to beat them. At times they have the intricate passing play of Barcelona, combined with the physicality of English teams, along with the standard German efficiency and attitude.

Can't wait for these games, now. I think we're gonna see something special.

You missed the point. Mourinho HATES the press in Spain. They corner him, they pressurize him, and they target him. And he insults them back, and creates more drama. I don't think Perez can do anything about Mourinho right now other than looking for a suitable replacement for him other than Zidane, because Zidane isn't ready for the task yet.
