A year in jail for being racist and spitting in someone's face? Damnnnnn bro, that is beyond harsh... But he probably won't serve it, he'll probably be fined instead like the article says. 127 000 is a lot though.. there were murderers in America released from jail on 100,000$ bail so that really surprises me.
