PSG vs Arsenal was a mess.

Bayern and Barca both massacred their poor opponent. Insane game from Neymar, Messi and Kimmich, can't wait to see those highlight.

Atletico win was the logical results even though in this occassion, I don't really think that its fair...

Happy for the Benfica and Besiktas results because of my two friend Vamos and Emrecan, didn't wanted their team to lose.

Suprised for Basel to draw with Ludogoret but I don't know much about second team so maybe I'm underestimate them.

Napoli should have done better as well in my opinion but good results for them.

And I'm pissed that Manchester City couldn't play their game but at least, they will have more time to get Bravo ready for his second game.

Pick representing well the Barca-Celtic match:

You could say that Barca were focused and that they awed Celtic. :P

Some entertaining and exciting matches were played today. Barcelona went absolutely crazy and Bayern were Bayern.

We saw both sides of Cavani today, when he scored inside a minute and then missed some decent chances later on. Still, Arsenal came back into the game second half and snatched a point in what is likely to be their toughest match in the group.
Atletico, as usual, made hard work of it and toiled their way through to a 1-0 win again. Lost count of how many times they have done that in the champions league.

I guess Arsenal was even worse defensively, but thanks god we played against Cavani and not MSN..

@quikzyyy Cavani is really really... not precise, would be the nice way of saying it. He get me so angry when I see him play. 2 or 3 fail by game, I'm telling you. I would like to say that if I got one dollars everytime he missed the goal or gave the ball to the keeper, I would a be rich man.

You would be probably able to buy PSG by yourself if you combined that with Giroud missed chances :D

Well Giroud Vs Cavani was going to be a draw anytime lol, no seriously the only thing that pissed me off is the fact that I was betting on PSG, why ? Because they were on trouble this weekend and their odds at home was really high, knowing that in a normal day of both teams PSG could take it at home. But Arsenal is strong enough to hit back even in Paris and even with less rest than PSG who played their last game Friday. Well the 3.60 odd of the draw maybe was more interesting.

Cavani : hard worker, runs a lot, great defensive attitude, a lot of work without the ball, but Man I just hate relying on an inaccurate player, vs Chelsea he missed an open goal, today he missed another while PSG could have gone for the 2-0 before halftime. Ok he looked for it, okay he is obliged to create chances while Zlatan had a more comfortable system adapted to his strenght. But for me an intelligent striker is worth 3 physicals, I d rather have a Morientes or Inzaghi rather than Benteke or Bony.
I'm not saying Cavani is brainless but man end of a run, dribbled the keeper, the guy is fast and the goal is wide open, control and shoot instead of that weak foot fail, and it's just typical of his play not just today's.

@tiki_taka Exactly, I am getting so fed up from his lack of calm infront of goal and bad decision making, the problem is that he is good at creating occassion but have hard time finishing them which really make him look worse than he is.

@quikzyyy I actually really love the comparison, Cavani is the PSG vesion of Giroud while Lucas is the PSG version of Walcott and damn if I had a dollars everytime one of those four missed a goal or gave the ball to the keeper, I would be rich enough to buy both PSG and Arsenal, make them thrive, resell them at a better price than that at wich I bought them and I could then proceed to buy Real Madrid and make them an invicible team that would win the CL year in and year out. Man, that would be sweet. :P

Imo there was a Walcott before Spurs 6 month injury " the famous coins incident " And another Walcott after. Always rated him high rare thing considering my Joga Bonito vision on Football. I clearly dont know what Arsenal fans think of it And I didnt followed him closely lately but he is clearly not making headlines lately. Maybe he never recovered, maybe having a family, a dream salary And habbits in London make you accept the fact your potential is reached, he is not to be blamed financially And I guess his personal Life can only be good. He got some Hunger he doesnt have now... Maybe I try to have an opinion on everything but its not facts what im saying only " spéculations" on things nobody would know except the players And their staff/family.

Off topic, yes. Little drunk too lol.

I expect Man City, Real, Dortmund to get comfortable wins. It will be very interesting to see how Leicester performs in the Champions League because for the first time in recent memory, an english club does not have the pressure and expectation of the fans or media. Leicester, and as a whole the Premier League, will not be judged on how Leicester perform so they can play freely.

Real actually got the win by the teeth of the skin, it was brillance from Zidane and James Rodriguez. Gotta say I feel bad for Sporting, they had a great game until the very end. Fair play to Ronaldo to not celebrate his freekick against former club.

@Saatvik After all, it wasn't Leicester that didn't play the way we expected them to or wanted them to, it was Tottenham. Still, happy for Leicester, great game from Vardy, Marhez and Albrighton. Monaco played well and I hope they can manage to advance. Alway happy to see french team doing well. Too bad for spurs.

Manchester City was incredible again, great game by Sterling, Iheanacho and Aguero of course. Pep is doing great work with City, wonder if he can go all the way?

BVB were insane and let no chance to Legia, pretty sad really for the other side, but a joy to watch for the goal.

Leverkusen choked and I feel they were lucky to even get the lead in the first place.

Porto and Copenhagen played well, not much to say, deserved draw I guess, really didn't saw much of the game.

At last, Lyon are starting to play like they should in europe, great game from them. Zagreb tried hard to come back, too bad for them it didn't work. :(

Anyway guys, what is the most suprising result for you guys? I think that for me, its the victory of Lyon, what a suprise it is to see 2 french team manage to win their first game in such good maner (Lyon and Monaco). I'm very happy to say the least. :D
