Arsenal still managed to claim the Emirates Cup trophy even after losing 2-1 against Sevilla, leaving people confused at how this happened. Sevilla striker Wissam Ben Yedder went to Twitter to jokingly say for Arsenal to “give us back” the trophy, as Sevilla won both of their Emirates Cup game:

The Frenchmen’s Tweet drew an offensive reaction from one angry Arsenal fan, in which he said:

Having missed out on the Champions League this season, surely Europe’s most elite competition is a sensitive subject for Arsenal fans.

To be fair, those pre-season tournament are a bit stupid, some team only play 2 matche instead of 3 meaning that their only chance of winning said trophy is of hoping every other team lose at least once. Anyway, considering what that Arsenal fan said to him, I do feel his answer wasn't so bad.
