more La Liga: Diego to Atletico. Araujo to Valencia!!, Otamendi to Valencia!! Canales to Real Sociedad :(
Osvaldo to juve confirmed.
Berbatov to Monaco.
Osvaldo looks like a orthodox j.e.w: (edit why the f is "j.e.w" a blacklisted word on footyroom, what if someone would introduce themself here on FR like "hi im a j.e.w living in")
@knibis because J.E.W. is rude .... JEWISH is not ....
a J.E.W ( is not rude tbh )
a Christian
a hindu
etc...
btw: Oliver Torres signed for Villarreal, thats a future star
not to mention keita to Valencia :)
what is rude about J.E.W. ? smh
My reaction after getting home from work to finally hear Arsenal's transfer news:
@Knibis: So right about Torres. Also, my condolences on signing Senderos. What were they thinking?
Kallstrom from Dynamo Moscow to Arsenal on loan. And i got really shocked when i heard one of the best strikers in Europe (Mitroglou) moved to Fulham -_- He is an striker who also plays in the CL with Olympiakos. Now he will enjoy relegation in the EPL with Fulham.
Whats wrong with the Swede Kim :) hell do good (btw why do i see 0 posts on kim joining Arsenal in the forum start page, did all arsenal fans miss it)
Mitroglou lost his thinking there
@knibis, I don't know much about the man except that he's won some silverware with Lyon, and that he's a powerful midfielder with a proper free kick. From what I've seen in the last hour or so on youtube, I think he will do just fine in the midfield. Care to shed some light on your fellow countryman?
Best of all, he isn't cup-tied so he can partake in champions league.
our 2nd best player after Zlatan imo... :)
Speed is not his strength, but the curls he does with his left foot and the passes are great, strong (won the league many times in possible the most brutal league in Europes top leagues, league 1) and smart too
our 2nd best player after Zlatan...
our 2nd best player after Zlatan... :)
@Ikoiko
Just as you said. Kind of hard to pronounce his name ("Sh-aals-trum"), but a powerful and dynamic midfielder who has incredible accuracy with set pieces and great vision as well.
yo, I used to watch Lyon a lot when they were good in the CL, and Kim was my second favorite player after juninho. He was a very solid all round player, with a great work ethic, no ego getting in the way, a team player, really down to earth lovable guy. So after all these years, even if it's not the kind of signing we were hoping for, it's really nice to see him in an arsenal shirt. I think wenger knows what he's doing, and he turn out to be just as good as Benayoun was for us in 2011/2012. A good squad player and this is what we needed right now.
We still lack in some positions, striker being the obvious one, but the immediate need was to get a CM after the injuries of ramsey and wilshere
