2006-2015 is 10 years. Therefore the '05 victory doesn't count as being 'in the past decade'.

Should the Community Shield be accounted for? After all, it is a real trophy. Emirates Cup definitively shouldn't be accounted for since it's a pre-season cup though.
Actually Community Shield is for me bigger trophy than Carling Cup, cause it's Champions vs Champions..
@quikzyyy Community Shield is just for charity and as what Sir. Alex said it's a "Glorified Friendly" and nothing more. He even said that he doesn't take it seriously at all it's just a game for fitness.
