Top 5 best team in the transfer market

So, in this thread, I will share the five team in the transfer market at this moment whom I think have made the best transfer.

1 and 2 are Manchester United and Manchester City who both managed to attract a great number of good player in already a short time. United got Zlatan and Mkhitaryan who are two of the best player at their position and Eric Baily who is quite a promising young defender.. City on the other hand have gotten stronger thanks to signing like that of Gundogan and Nolito and have already recruited some promising young player like Sane, Gabriel Jesus and Zinchenko. There is no doubt in my mind that Pep is also building for the long term. All of those transfer seem pretty solid and are quite exciting in my opinion.

3 and 4 are Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, the two rival have had a very different transfer window up until now but I think both have been nearly as good. Bayern managed to get both Mats Hummels and Renato Sanches quickly which make their team much stronger in my opinion and had some depth. Despite losing Gotze, Benatia and Rode, I can't help but feel like their team will be very solid next year. Borussia have chosen to put their faith in younger player with the like of Dembele, Mor and Guerreiro and also managed to steal player to some of their rival, like Gotze, Rode and Schurle wich could surprise us all and come back strong next season.

5 is Juventus who have already managed to get much stronger by getting Pjanic, Alves, Higuain and Benatia wich are all very good addition to the team and will no doubt start match on many occasion. Lets not forget that they weakened many of their rival in the Serie A and in the CL with those transfer and will no doubt target to do well in european competition.

So, here were in my opinion the five team who made the most quality transfer since the beginning of the transfer window, but what is your opinion and the team who have had the best deal? As always, your more than welcome to share it with us if you want. :D

Nice list emobot. Borrusia Dortmund are very promising on winning the title, and Man city and Juventus wanting to win a Uefa Champions League.

Manchester City...if they made the semi-finals of the CL with that ****-show they had last season, there is literally no way they shouldn't win it with this squad they've assembled.

I know it feels like Pogba is a done deal, but if he ends up staying, I'd have Juve for the CL. That squad is ridiculous.

Can't help but feel a little bit underwhelmed by Barcelona and Real Madrid, which ofc means that they will end up with some stunners by the end of the window.

I think Bayern are done for the window, but Hummels and Sanches are solid additions. I'm VERY interested to see how they do under Carlo.

If Atletico hang onto Griezman, I think they're in a good position at the expense of RM and Barca.

Unimpressed with Arsenal, but what else is new.

I read an article a year or so ago that divided transfer additions into three categories: success, average, flop - and the data they had said for every three major transfers, on average, the three players would each fit into a different category. It's easy to sit here and say "great signing" but by the end of the season one-third of these will be flops.

CITY, Juve and PSG. PSG has so much midfield now it is ridiculous. Juve Higuain transfer is lit and Benatia has played so well, also Dani Alces with CL experience. City is beasting, first of all they now have Pep. Uhm german football I don't watch so i have no idea what bayern and dortmund are doing. United ehh the only great buy i think is Henrik. Zlatan ehh one year he's out. If Pogba comes it is a waste of money. Those are my thoughts.

I don't think Bayern did the transfers well. Borussia signed perfect players for their class. We didn't need Hummels at all, I know he is amazing CB but we already have Martinez, Boateng and Badstuber + Alaba can also play on CB. That's 5 CBs. Also Sanches is nowhere near as good as €35mil, there are better CMs (Sissoko), however for few seasons he could be worth that much.

Now to Borussia, team that did best deals by far:

-Gotze for €26mil which is steal for his talents. He'll get good in enviroment with old (and new teammates)
-Schurrle, absolute beast player and great deal for €30mil considering how overpayed are strikers nowadays
-Dembele which already proved himself in France and is only 19.
-Bartra (€8mil deal) is great signing. Didn't get what he deserves in Barca.
-Emre who is even younger than Dembele €7mil for him is amazing deal.

Wolfsburg also did fair business, Kuba just needs to find form... Also they signed Bruma (CB) and Gerhardt for combined €15mil, and Brekalo (from Croatia - only 18 but I watched him in the league, extraordinary player)

And yep, City being City and having 5 LWs/LMs every season... They simply don't need Nolito even tho he is great player, nor they had to splash so much money on Sane. But when it comes to arabs it's obvious €50mil for not-yet-proven German at Schalke who will most likely benchwarm next season... So far their best signing is Zinchenko for €2mil. Player for future.

And also some smaller clubs are doing good business, Leicester, Valencia and Sevilla (supreme transfers)...

@Crotian Agreed, Sevilla have had very good transfer, I didn't include them but maybe I should, I guess the reason I didn't was that they did lose a few of their starter from last season, like Coke, Gameiro and Krychowiak. But for sure, they had great transfer as well. I agree that I maybe overate Bayern transfer because of the speed at wich they manage to get their target and the fact that Sanches is very impressive for his age and seem likely to become a big star in the future.
