Rooney is the best among the lot. Natural talent. Not to mention that he can play as a creative midfielder as well and is the heartbeat of his team. BTW Gennady, totally agree on the all-time top 10 striker list!

Who's the Top 10 Premier League Strikers at the moment?
I'm literally struggling to name top 10 strikers in the premier league right now. Even if you take last season into account, can Harry Kane be in a Top 10 list? Looking at his current form, I'd say NO WAY! Same goes to Diego Costa and I don't even want to mention Rooney...

^Yep, a perfect teamplayer, doesn't mean he doesn't need to improve his finishing significantly, yes he has to. Also, in BPL there's not any1 better than him, other than Aguero. Obviously if we look world wide scale, there would be Lewandowski, Suarez, Benzema & Muller ahead of him, but again - it's BPL
