Britannia Stadium
Juventus Stadium FTW.
@Golden.
So it is more difficult to win at Dragao than Bernabeu for example?
Its more difficult to win at Donbass arena than at Old Trafford?
If to look at the statistics, Don, yes.
Depends who they are playing.
I'm not denying that, say, Galatasaray's stadium is not intimidating. It certainly is. However, it's also mainly playing host to teams from, with respect to Turkish fans, are not exactly the cream of Europe. Domestic supremacy is all well and good, but would anyone say that Ibrox is a hard place to play, just because Rangers are so dominant in the Scottish League?
I have a feeling that if teams like Barca, Real, Man Utd, Bayern etc etc were paying regular visits, then thei Turk Telekom's stats might not be so impressive. ;)
San Siro should be there. Milan has pulled out amazing scores there and have always been a pain in the ass there. Even though they're not as strong as they were a few years ago, Barca will have a difficult trip there for sure.
As said, this is not my opinion. These are facts. As Lodatz is hinting to, the Portuguese league is an easier division to play in compared to La Liga for instance. That doesn't mean Porto can't be on the list. It's the fact that they've lost less times than Barca the past few years.
Camp Nou in the 1st place for me.
@quikzyyy: I think you're right. 90,000 passionate fans, a wall of noise caused by the stadium design, and the best team in the world. It doesn't get much harder than that.
i agree quikzyy just look at this stadium it looks MAD
@Golden could you please tell me your facts(statistics,wins/loses at home) for each team of those?
Or tell me your source
Why do you want to twist and turn on everything, Don? Can't you just accept the fact that this was a list I found? I won't take my time to do that, you can do it yourself. Personally I have work to do other than football related stuff. And for God's sake, I gave the source in the opening post. "Statistically, according to this source [...]"
I just think its interesting to know the statistics of each team at their own field!
If you're interested in facts and statistics, you have a whole internet to take advantage of.
just cus bayern lost to chelsea doesnt make it easy. in fact bayern had most possesion and much more shots and chances
Yet another mini-fight, huh? Let's just finish this off. As I said, the link is in the original post. There's nothing more to it. Sleep well.
Statistically, according to this source, http://www.footballclubrankings.com/2013/01/the-best-football-stadiums-in-the-world-2013/, these stadiums have been the ten hardest to play at in the last few years:
What do you think? Agreed, or not? Why?
