What are things you see/hear in football than get on your nerves?

 I have a few.

"I don't want us to go up this year, it wouldnt benefit us. Best to stay in this league and go for it next year"

(Usually said by a mid-championship club fan talking about promotion to the championship)
How does that even make sense? Even if you went up, kept the same players you would of, you will be back in the champs a year later (Worst case) with shitloads of money to boot.

"What a great ball that was, I'ts a shame no one was there to tuck it away" - (Said by a commentator). Again, makes no sense. Part of passing is surely having the ability to look up and see where you team-mates are. A "good ball" where no-one is, isn't a good ball. 

The way defenders can obstruct forward players as much as possible in the last 10 yards or so in their own half (As long as it ISN'T in their own penalty area - because then it WOULD BE A PENO!) - Totally ludicrous, say no more.

What about you guys?

I hate when defenders have their backs to play covering a ball and fall as soon as the forward comes near them. Sometimes they fall before the player even gets there. Refs call fall for it EVERY TIME!

This is fun way to vent.  Here's my hate list...
1 - Seating-only stadiums. It's ruined the fantastic atmosphere that football was once famed for. Just look at England. Need to introduce safe standing like in the Bundesliga.
2 - When a player wins a free-kick by purposely not jumping for a ball in the air while the other guy genually does.
3 - Players surrounding refs, waving imaginary cards, and basically being whiny bitches.
4 - Football is a gentleman's game and I don't condone violence but I HATE IT When pansy-ass players face up to each other like they're gonna do something when they both already know that they're not. IT's so disingenuous. Either swallow your anger or fu**ing do something. You go up to someone in the street acting hard and "pretending" to wanna fight you're gonna get knocked the f**k out!
5 - Refs that don't nip obvious Time-wasting in the bud by giving a yellow early in a match.
6 - When journeymen or mercenary players kiss every badge they wear. They corrupt what others hold sacred and we can all see through them. You might hate him, but just watch how amazing it was to see JT's love for chelsea last week. He looked like he was gonna cry when he scored that goal.
7 - When team's maltreat their legends and dispose of them as though they were yesterday's trash.  It's sad and it's just plain wrong when a player to give his entire career for a club and wants to stay and they just turn their back on them. See Raul, Del Piero, etc...
8 - Sugar Daddy's that buy out s**t/mediocre clubs and overpay for players making the market inflated for every other team. 
9 - I hate it when players/managers lie through their teeth when they get the benefit of a wrong decision (be it penalty, whatever).  I have respect for managers that are honest about their performance. God I miss McCarthy.
10 - NEED I SAY IT? #1 THING I HATE IN FOOTBALL IS DIVING/PLAYACTING CUNTS. It's straight up cheating and its just as bad as buying a ref. Players need to be retrospectively banned. They're doing that in France and it seems to be working quite well. Would LOVE to see the day when this is no longer an issue.

The thing that is the most annoying , is that before all these stuffs did not happen. And now , in the modern football , everything messed up.

Teams that inflate the transfer market. For example, if Liverpool will pay outlandish money for Carroll then definitely selling teams would want more than they should receive.

Managers beating up their own players...credit to @gunnergo for the link...doesn't annoy me as much as disappointment and shock...

The Refs

i kinda dislike selfish players that wanna prove they got more balls than the ball they are suppose to pass.certain players wanna score goals for personal reasons ie golden boots or national first team.put the team first man!

I hate it when clubs get complacent and play trash...but serves them right.

the divers. I really hate them, i sometimes miss that Barcelona  from 5-6 years ago. 

When your team is losing in the final minutes of the match, the winning team purposely don't play any football, they just pass around and stand still for fun; wasting precious time. That irritates me...

Divers, they should be red carded and banned for another match. Another thing that makes me mad are the bad refereeing but im not criticizing the referees, what i get mad about is the fact that FIFA won't aprouve the use of technology for this kind of decisions.
