so... hamburg has more than £100m and they can't spend it even if they are currently close to the bottom of the table? doesn't make sense.

Arsenal is pretty rich but i dont understand why they dont buy players... Real Madrid has to be number 1 in the richest clubs in the world :D in the summer of 2011 we bought like 5 players : Coentrao , Sahin , Altintop , Callejon and Varané..
Seriously? I think teams like Porto, Benfica, Lazio and PSG are richer than at least valencia and pobably Hamburg.
@CR7skillz They are the richest club but not the one who has the most earnings clearly... spending more than $600millions and not being able to beat Barcelona is just ridiculous. Also.. Shalke, Marseille, and Hamburg are just soooo cheap, having so much money and not spending at least a little in the team.
@Tuanis , Well if u were a manager and u had alot of money i would spend it on very talented players and u also should look in asia or africa with scouts u should look for young talents and let them play at your club thats a very important job for a manager and i understand why Mourinho buys alot of players thats because he just wants to make his team very good and strong and offcourse we always prepare to beat barcelona thats why we also bought great talented players ;)

CR7skillz Arsenal have money but they have to pay back investors and the loans on the stadium. Arsenal's ownership is crap .
