Who do you guys think is the most underrated player as of today?

I really think that it is Sergio Busquets. People only see Xavi and Iniesta, no one really thinks about him. However, Barcelona needs him as much as they need Messi. He holds the structure of the team on his shoulders, and can always make the best passing combinations. As a central defensive mid, he has an important attacking role, and an effective defensive role. That is my look on it. Of course I play center mid, so I mostly watch center mids play, so who do you think is the most underrated player?

I think Wayne Routledge, from Swansea, is vastly underrated. For his size, he is surprisingly agile, skillful, versatile, and did I not mention that he also makes the most annoying trick passes as well? Roy Hodgeson was a fool not to have picked him to represent England yet.

He is not underrated, was in Fifa XI best team last year, the best at his post... i think if someone do not admit his skills then he is just ignorant :) or just watch his team matches :)...

Nah, Sergio isn't the BEST at his position. Alonso and Toure are both better, and you're forgetting Pirlo, Schweinsteiger, and Javi Martinez as well. Sergio isn't a proper CDM. He's only shining with Barca because he fits into their system very well. On the other side, these CDM's are formidable opponents with whatever team they play with. Why do you think Del Bosque always chooses Alonso over Busquets?
