Marca is so awesome, they even had a story about Monaco selling Falcao.

I can't believe that Arsene Wenger missed out on signing Luiz Gustavo. It seems like they are not going to sign any decent player for this season.

@Lodatz It's just a ridiculous rumor but there might be a bit of truth behind it.

#2 is false. There's no way that a player as important to us as Ozil will be "offered" to another club. Daily Mail is a load of bullsh*t.

@Fred: just out of interest, I found an article saying that Spurs have been linked with buying him, and that he's already very unhappy at Monaco. I don't believe a word of the Spurs linkage, but, maybe he really is hoping to get out quick?

He may want to, but he will have to stay at least one season, logistically, it will be a nightmare switching clubs twice, FIFA would frown upon it etc. etc. The earliest he may leave would be after 1 year. Plus, the sources reporting this have been generally shitty.

There has also been reports that FIFA are planning to fine Monaco 75 M Euros because they have an edge in the transfer market because they have no taxes. Since they're also the ONLY team in Ligue 1 where the staff and players don't have to pay taxes, Falcao earns twice as much as Ibrahimovic. So FIFA has apparently told Monaco to either sell Falcao or pay 75 M Euros. Monaco have responded by saying that "Falcao will not be sold".

It's actually worse than I imagined. Monaco are being told be the French government to either charge all their players 75% tax or pay up 85 M Pounds. That means that Falcao is currently earning approximately 4 times as much as Zlatan and Silva.

^ Haha imagine Zlatan when he finds out

Ibra to PSG owner: Hey? Why is that Falcon guy earning more than me?

PSG owner: I dunno

Ibra: I want more! Gimmee more or I leave to another club and say it's better than Barca!

PSG Owner: You own enough already!

Ibra: FINE! My nose needs a salary as well! 50% of my offsides are caused by this damn thing!

nope Ibra earns 12.5 M net. it was his first condition before joining PSG, Ibra doesn't care about taxes cause it's the Quatarians who are paying it.... Falcao earning twice Ibra's salary ?? dude stop smoking...
Same for Cavani, all the taxes are paied by Al khelaifi....
