City are planning to clean out a big part of its current squad to make room for new arrivals. The likes of Nasri, Tevez, Dzeko, Lescott, Kolarov and Barry are expected to part ways. The new make over would possibly include the likes of Falcao, Cavani and a few other stars. Nothing concrete yet.
Arsenal are attempting to build on what they have. Villa is exoected to remain at Barcelona with a new contract being offered. Szczesny is great but not world class. Also Jovetic could be good, I don't watch enough Serie A to know for sure.
Pep Guardiola is known for wanting things his way and forcing certain stars out (Eto'o and Yaya as examples). Wouldn't surprise me to see Robben go. Would suck to lose Gomez, he is pure class as a strong and reliable striker. Spurs should keep an eye on that situation.
